The playbook I wish I’d had sooner

You are not crazy. You are not weak. You are not "just stressed."

Somewhere around your mid-30s, your body starts feeling different, and most of us are left Googling symptoms at 11pm with no real answers.

The Perimenopause Shift is the resource I wish existed back then: grounded in research, written like a friend who actually did the reading, and focused on what you can actually do about it, not just what’s happening to you.

And it’s free, because this isn’t information I want to gatekeep.

Why I’m Here

I’m Ashley — the founder of Ladywell, a women’s hormone-health supplement brand, a functional herbalist, and a mom who spent most of my 30s Googling symptoms at midnight with no real answers.

I started Her Health Playbook because I got tired of the two options women usually get: “that’s normal, you’re fine” with no explanation, or a prescription with no context for what’s actually happening in your body. I wanted something in between — grounded in actual research, but written like a friend who did the reading, not a textbook and not someone trying to sell you a feeling.

I’m on a mission to make real information about women’s health accessible to every woman — because being informed is the first tool you need to actually care for your body.
